It has been almost 12 months since we arrived in Manado and shortly after our arrival developers started clearing some land just outside our Villa Complex at Grand Kawanua to build what we believe may be the new Government Offices.
We have been rather impressed watching each day as they put the jigsaw puzzle together, and there have been many pieces if you take into account the glass windows and the gold dome shape thingamajig.
It’s a shame we won’t be here to view the complete product.
